Blue Lagoon

The design of this console table is inspired by hydrology of a lagoon. A lagoon is a shallow body of water connected to a large body of water often Ocean but separated from the open marine conditions by a barrier. The opaqueness of the epoxy mimics the shallow depth of water and the light shaded blue color mimics the surface runoff into the lagoon. It is made with Spalted Maple and epoxy and finished with LED hardwax oil cured with UV lights and ideal for hallways, entryways or behind the sofa.
